張甯,男,山東泰安人,河海大學岩土工程國家重點學科教授、博士生導師岩土工程科學研究所副所長、黨支部委員,高玉峰教授全國黃大年式教師團隊骨幹,入選江蘇省、交通運輸部等省部級人才計劃2項,河海大學“大禹學者”、“黨員标兵”。

主要從事土動力學與岩土地震工程、隧道與地下工程、地基與基礎工程等方面的教學和科研工作。針對橋梁、隧道、大壩等河谷場地重大工程,開展複雜場地地震波傳播理論及大型振動台試驗研究,揭示河谷地形地震放大效應及其對工程結構的影響機制、指導工程抗震減震代表性工程有元江特大橋(世界鐵路橋梁第一高墩)、港珠澳大橋拱北隧道、蘇通GIL特高壓綜合管廊電力隧道(國内埋深最深、水壓最高的隧道)、山東岸堤水庫土壩等。

主持國家自然科學基金項目2項、國家973子課題1,參與國家重點基金1項、重大工程應用課題項;發表SCI論文36篇,其中第一或通訊作者SCI論文23篇,包括ESI高被引論文2篇(其中1篇熱點論文)、“Most Cited Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering Articles since 2016”和“Highly Cited Paper of Journal of Earthquake and Tsunami 2019”各1篇;獲授權發明專利15項、登記軟件著作權6項;獲2019年國家科技進步二等獎和2017年教育部科技進步一等獎各1項;獲第九屆山東省級教學成果獎(高等教育類)一等獎1項。
