李平，1982年1月生，江蘇徐州人，博士/博士後，教授，博士生導師，中國民盟盟員，現任伟德 官网防災所所長。第一負責人主持國家和江蘇省自然科學基金3項，中央高校科研業務費項目3項以及科研生産項目多項；獲得教育部高等學校科學研究優秀成果科技進步一等獎1項，中國施工管理企業協會科技進步一等獎1項，中國岩石力學與工程學會科技進步二等獎3項，中國鐵道學會科技進步二等獎1項，安徽省交通科技進步一等獎1項；發表學術論文60餘篇，其中第一作者EI、SCI收錄25篇；第一發明人授權發明專利15項、實用新型專利10餘項；參編國家規程2項，省級規程2項，獲得國家級和省級工法各1項。

主要研究方向：1、軟基處理與病害防治；2、邊坡穩定與基坑支護；3、尾礦料治理及再利用
